Meet Destiny Preston
My career in beauty began in Los Angeles, where I trained and worked in world-class environments serving celebrity and high-profile clientele in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
Those formative years instilled an exceptional standard of precision, discretion, and results — principles that continue to define my work today. Over the past sixteen years, I’ve evolved that foundation into a practice that bridges advanced aesthetics with therapeutic bodywork.
At Elysian Rose, every treatment is guided by expertise in skin health, anatomy, and the body’s restorative systems. Unlike spas centered on relaxation or med spas focused solely on injectables, my approach moves beyond both. Each session merges the technical rigor of clinical skincare with the restorative intelligence of wellness — creating experiences that are transformative, not transactional. “I went to Destiny for a deep tissue massage as I had neglected self care for a while, and my shoulders had become as stiff as bricks. She worked on the right side first, and as she massaged me I could feel my left side starting to relax as well. After about 15 minutes I was dozing off. As my muscles continued to soften she did cupping on the area and the tightness continued to melt away. She also targeted my head and and the back of my neck.
